1. Guidelines for Family and Guests
Saipan International School graduation ceremonies are formal occasions celebrating academic achievement and school pride. To ensure a respectful and meaningful experience for all attendees, family and guests are kindly requested to:
Arrive on time and remain seated during the ceremony to maintain an atmosphere of respect and attentiveness.
Refrain from loud conversations, disruptive behavior, or using devices in a manner that distracts participants or other guests.
Dress in attire suitable for a formal event, showing respect for the significance of the ceremony.
Follow all instructions provided by event staff and ushers to ensure safety and order.
Celebrate graduates warmly but respectfully, observing designated moments for applause and photo opportunities.

2. Saipan International School Faculty Dress Code Policy
General Dress Expectations
Faculty members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful appearance that reflects the dignity of Saipan International School. Attire should be neat, modest, and appropriate for an educational environment.
Acceptable Attire Includes:
Business casual or formal clothing such as collared shirts, blouses, dress slacks, skirts, or dresses of modest length
Closed-toe professional shoes
Formal female footwear with a heal
Orthopedic footwear as prescribed
Unacceptable Attire Includes:
Casual clothing such as jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or items featuring large logos or slogans
Flip-flops, beach sandals, or overly casual footwear
Revealing or overly informal clothing
Academic Regalia for Faculty
During formal academic events such as graduation ceremonies, faculty members shall wear their earned academic regalia. This includes gowns, hoods, and other regalia indicative of their highest earned degree, styled according to the traditions of the awarding institution. Faculty regalia symbolize academic achievement and the professional, academic standards of Saipan International School.
